The Famous Wall In Seattle Covered With Chewing Gums Cleared For The First Time in 20 Years [PHOTO]
A wall in Seattle which is covered with an estimated 1000 kg of used chewing gums has been finally cleared using steam cleaners as a matter of necessity by authorities. It all started 2 decades ago when people would stick their chewed gum to the wall while waiting for a show at a nearby market theater. With time, the structure was covered in gums of different colours which people also used to glue business cards and pictures to the famed wall.
People in the community have opined it was necessary for the Government to clean it up despite the popularity of the 'Gum Wall' because it was becoming an attraction to rats.
