What looked like a fat lip turned out to be something far worse.The doctor catches the tip of larvae that has burrowed its way into this girl's lip. As he tugs on it we can see how big this thing is. The doctor wiggles his instrument around to pull more of the larvae out. She is almost free of this critter, but look at how long it is. Finally the larvae is pulled from her lip. It's no wonder her lip was so swollen. Look at the size of that thing
